First-time purchases

First-time purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days if the product does not meet your needs.

Renewed subscription periods that have started are non-refundable. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

Email your receipt/order number to 1552040771@qq.com. We process refunds through Paddle within 5–10 business days.

We may decline refunds in cases of policy abuse or fraudulent activity.
